Occupational Therapist
Naomi joined the CYP team in late 2021, after receiving her Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, and Master in Occupational Therapy from Queen’s university in Kingston Ontario. Between graduating, and starting with CYP, Naomi spent time working with adults with mental health conditions, and chronic illnesses in both inpatients and outpatient settings. She always knew that she wanted to work with the pediatric population, and loves the opportunity to work, play, educate and advocate for the children that she gets to see. Naomi strives to empower patients of all ages to set, and reach their own goals, and hopes to have a little fun along the way.
Naomi has taken many professional development courses in the last few years focused on sensory regulation, interoception, and executive functioning. She has recently also completed the SOS Approach to Feeding Workshop and is very excited to be offering feeding therapy for patients.
When not in the clinic, Naomi enjoys going for walks, spending time with friends and family, Pilates classes, and dreaming up her next project on the pottery wheel.

Physical Therapist
Sydney joined the CYP team in 2023 after receiving both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. She was inspired to pursue a career in physiotherapy during her time as a ballet dancer, where she had the opportunity to see how different injuries and conditions impact movement.
Sydney enjoys working with children and adults with various orthopedic, neurological, and developmental conditions. She has completed training in level 1 and 2 trigger point dry needling, K-Taping, and rehabilitation post ACL repair. Sydney strives to bring a creative and fun approach to treatments, with a focus on function, participation, and independence. Sydney strongly believes that movement should be accessible to everyone and looks forward to helping clients reach their goals – whatever they may be!

Physical Therapist and Social Medical Lead
Amy joined the CYP team in early 2013. After graduating from the University of Manitoba, Amy worked in a private setting in the area of orthopaedics and sports medicine. She also worked with preschool-aged children with neurological impairments and developmental delays in preschool and home settings. Amy has completed training in medical acupuncture/dry needling, manual therapy and spinal manipulation, toe walking, the pediatric vestibular system, gymnastics injuries and hypermobility conditions. She also enjoys working with babies with torticollis and latching concerns. Amy had always known she wanted to work with children and has had a great passion for it. As a former gymnast and gymnastics coach, she understands the demands sports and everyday life can have on the body and loves to help children and teens meet those demands with healthy bodies. When not in the clinic, Amy can be found spending time with her daughters, and can also be seen hiking, running, golfing or reading a good book.

Physical Therapist
Jasmin graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Master of Physical Therapy. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Regina with a major in Human Kinetics. Jasmin has been passionate in working with children and youth through her time spent coaching handball, teaching Punjabi, personal training, and working in a variety of clinical settings.
Jasmin enjoys working with infants, children and adults of all ages supporting their gross motor, neurodevelopmental and orthopedic needs. She is certified as a level two dry needling practitioner and has taken several courses to further support youth and adults with diverse neurodevelopmental conditions and sport based injuries. She works with a variety of athletes and has additional training in orthopedic and pediatric specific K-Taping methods. She can often be found in the community supporting new mothers and families to learn prevention and management strategies to support their children’s development.
In her spare time Jasmin likes to be active in the outdoors hiking, running, and rollerblading. She is excited to continue making physical activity fun and therapeutic to help build a love for movement.

Holly joined the CYP Team in 2021. Holly completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. Holly has experience working in private practice orthopedics, and with neurologically involved children both in the community and outpatient settings.
Holly has completed training in advanced soft tissue release, dry needling and Cuevas Medek Exercise (CME) levels 1 and 2. Holly is excited to offer this therapy within her sessions as well as offering intensive therapy blocks. Holly is one of the only CME level 2 therapists in Alberta.
Holly enjoys treating a diverse population, working with children of all ages and abilities. Holly has a very hands on approach to getting kids back to their activities as well as helping them achieve their highest potential.

Bhanupriya “Priya” graduated from Physiotherapy School in India in 2008. Since graduation she has worked in pediatric and adult physiotherapy with pediatrics as her passion. Priya joined CYP in 2018 and has completed a variety of professional courses including Neuro-developmental Therapy, Dynamic Core for Kids and the Role of Physiotherapy in Children with Sensory Processing Disorders. She has also completed her Level 1 Dry Needling course with Acupuncture Canada and recently finished Pediatric K-taping course with OrthoCanada. John graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the
University of Alberta. He has also completed two bachelor’s degrees in
biology and education at the University of Calgary. Prior to becoming a
physiotherapist, John enjoyed working as a schoolteacher in Calgary.
John is an avid runner and triathlete and has clinical experience treating
orthopedic sports injuries. He has also worked with children with
neurological conditions at the Alberta Children’s Hospital. He was a cycling
coach for the Ultimate Para Sports Association, teaching children with
disabilities to ride bicycles, and worked as a senior swimming instructor at
the University of Calgary Aquatic Center. Most recently, John completed his

Keltie holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She has also completed training in medical acupuncture and dry needling, as well as pediatric vestibular rehabilitation. Keltie has completed two Return to Play pediatric concussion courses. One on the Assessment of Persistent Post Concussion Symptoms and one focusing on the Treatment of Persistent Post Concussion Symptoms. She is passionate about working with kids who have had concussion to get them back in the game. At the clinic Keltie enjoys assessing and treating children and adults with sports injuries, orthopedic, neurological and developmental conditions. A long time Highland dancer herself – Keltie has special interest in dance related injuries. She continues to be involved in the Highland dance community as a teacher, and judge at dance competitions. Keltie, her husband and two kids love to keep physically active. Leah joined the CYP team in 2015 and has dedicated herself to pediatric physiotherapy for over twenty years. She enjoys working alongside children and their families (from newborn to adult), treating a variety of neurological, developmental and orthopedic conditions. A lifelong learner, Leah has recently participated in courses about Primitive Reflexes and Infant Development/Pediatric Gait, some of her areas of interest.
